4. Deposits and Payment Methods
- szz77 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI (via Instapay), BDO (via Instapay), Metrobank (via Instapay), 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All deposits are credited to your szz77 wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP).
- The minimum deposit at szz77 is ₱100 for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya) and ₱500 for bank transfer methods. Minimum amounts for cryptocurrency deposits are published on the szz77 deposit page and may vary with network conditions.
- You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your szz77 account are from legitimate sources and that you are the lawful owner or authorized user of the payment method used. Deposits from third-party payment accounts not registered in your name are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

5. Withdrawals
- Players may request withdrawal of available real-money balances (excluding locked bonus funds) at any time, subject to completed KYC verification and compliance with these Terms.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit where technically possible, as a fraud-prevention measure. szz77 reserves the right to require withdrawal to the deposit source method.

9. Limitation of Liability
- The szz77 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, szz77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.
- szz77 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the szz77 Platform, even if szz77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- szz77's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their szz77 account in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- szz77 is not liable for losses arising from: your failure to secure your account credentials; third-party payment processing delays; force majeure events including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or government actions; or changes in Philippine gaming law or PAGCOR regulations.
- Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for: death or personal injury caused by szz77's negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
10. Intellectual Property

- You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any szz77 content without prior written authorization from szz77.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
- szz77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) required by applicable law, regulation, or PAGCOR directive; (c) szz77 reasonably suspects fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity; or (d) for any other legitimate operational reason.
- Players may request voluntary closure of their szz77 account at any time by contacting szz77 support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be refunded to the player's last-used withdrawal method within a reasonable time.
- Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms — particularly in cases of fraud, AML violations, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting — szz77 reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the account balance to the extent permitted under applicable Philippine law.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

- Nothing in this Section prevents szz77 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
13. Amendments to These Terms
- szz77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via their registered mobile number or via a prominent notice on the szz77 Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where earlier implementation is required by law or PAGCOR directive.
